All items purchased through I-WANT-SUSHI are made pursuant to a delivery contract. Should there be delivery errors; I-WANT-SUSHI will offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier.
